What is the Chronic Constellation?

Sometimes called the Triad, Pentad, or Octad, this is a group of disorders that often go together and includes: an autoimmune disorder, GI issues (SIBO, IMO, colitis, etc.), Ehlers Danlos, Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, Dysautonomia (POTs, OH, etc.). Anxiety, ADD/AHD, Autism and neurodivergence are often considered a part of the constellation.

Who is a late bloomer?

This is not a medical term, it is a community born name for folks who come to understand their LGBTQ+ identity later in life. For some this means their 20s, others their 70s. There is no age cut off in either direction!
